Avoid going to city by car if possible, as traffic jams are occurring very often, not only during rush hours. Rush hours are at 8-9am and 5-6pm. It is advidsed to leave Your car at the entrance to the city and continue by train, tram or bus, as it goes faster sometimes.
City semaphores lit often very short time, city is full of one-ways, commandment driving directions and turn restrictions, so if You make one mistake and turn wrong direction, You might end up on the other side of the town.
