Rath Museum

Rath Museum is rather smaller museum (2 floors) of classic art, located in historical building of ancient style recognized by its front peristyle, at the Place de Neuve.

The permanent exhibition change every 3 months, making Rath Museum always completely different - even if you come back after few months, you will always find something new and beautiful here.
Museum is not very big, only 2 floors with smaller area. We would say 45 minutes is enough to see everything here, if You are real art lover, plan for up to 1,5 hour.

Current exhibition

Currently (Jun - Sep 2015), Rath Museum's topic is revolving about Panorama in life and art, thorough the history. Renaissance panoramatic paintings are alternated by modern-times Kodak panoramatic photography.

Most of the description is only in French, with only few tables describing the focus of exposition being in English. No other languas are available.
Audio guide is in English and French language, on the reception for 5CHF.

Facilities: free Wifi, free toilet, free brochures about the museum.
